Kristi Blackford is the property management professional in the team, and President of Roadrunner Property Management. She was raised in a Family Owned Property management company, with dinner table fodder revolving around the business. After a career in the Hospitality industry became unfulfilling, the transition into a notable Property Management Company seemed natural. Rolling up her sleeves and digging into supervising the single family homes, duplexes and multi-family units she was able to connect with a wide variety of vendors, managers, and owners while handling the nuances of each project. She was reenergized by the variety each day offered. When she was given the opportunity to partner with Kevin, she knew it was the right choice. "His handshake means something; you can feel his sincerity the first time you connect with him. He does not do anything he does not believe in.", a shared trait with Kristi. She knew they could create an innovative property management team, marrying a hospitable sensibility to the Real Estate-Property Management expertise.
